- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Return requests made after the 5-day eligibility period.
- Free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary products.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive:
- A wrong product,
- A damaged item, or
- A product that appears to have been tampered with during transit,
please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the package and product.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or other suitable resolution at our discretion.
5. Exchange Policy
Where approved, exchanges may be provided for eligible products.
The replacement request must relate to the same product originally purchased, subject to stock availability and successful inspection of the returned item.
We reserve the right to provide a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.

If Cash on Delivery orders qualify for a refund, additional verification may be required before processing.
