1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products from Be You Perfumes. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging, colour, or design may occur and shall not be considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported payment methods.

5. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, it is subject to verification and acceptance. Be You Perfumes reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 business days. In cases of heavy rainfall, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take 5–7 business days or longer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or tampered with may not be eligible for return or exchange.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Be You Perfumes shall not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

10. Product Usage

Our perfumes are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. In case of irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, website content, and designs are the exclusive property of Be You Perfumes and/or Rihana Sensetics. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Be You Perfumes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website. Our liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered, except where required by law.

Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional campaigns are subject to their individual terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
